Vernon Public Schools invites parents of students currently attending independent or private schools to examine the choices offered in School District 22. We have five comprehensive secondary schools and 14 elementary schools that can meet your child’s needs.

Our mission is to inspire and develop lifelong learners who can communicate, think creatively, problem-solve, collaborate, and understand their personal and social responsibilities.

We are a provincial leader in online learning for both youth and adults in our community, offering computer assisted instruction in both educational and home settings. District students exceed the provincial average in virtually all provincially examinable subjects, with many earning financial scholarships. School District 22 students are extremely well prepared for the post secondary education experience.
